Career Opportunities with PCG
About Us
The ProComp Group LLC (PCG) is a small and fast-growing five-year-old computer consulting firm that provides IT support for small- to medium-sized businesses. Responsive, personalized service is our signature, and we work closely with our clients and their staffs. As an employer, our goal is to create an environment where talented and motivated individuals have room to pursue their ambitions and provide superior IT support within the structure of a thriving young company.
IT consulting in the small business space is not like working for a single company or a large firm. Our employees are expected to create business relations, identify opportunities, and sell solutions through comprehending and focusing on the needs of the client. Most of our clients have fewer than 50 employees; they tend not to be on the bleeding edge and trust PCG because we communicate in non-techie terms. In other words, our engineers are not just techs - they are also good businesspeople and friendly advisors to our clients.
