Walt Bell, Principal
Walt Bell has provided IT consulting services, project management, needs analysis, installation, configuration, ongoing technical support, hardware, software and training for more than 28 years to businesses ranging from two users to multisite companies of 100+ employees. Walt joined the ProComp Group in 2011 through a merger with his own consulting firm, Micro Computer Consultation, which he founded in 1983.
Walt holds a variety of industry certifications including Microsoft MCSE, MCT, MCP and SonicWall CSSA. He has a bachelor's degree in mathematics with an option in computer science.

Raymond Belt, Principal
Raymond Belt is an IT systems and network engineer with more than 18 years of consulting experience. Before founding the ProComp Group, Ray served as a senior consultant with Modis Inc. (at the time, the world's eighth-largest IT consulting company), as the network operations manager of a dynamic securities firm, and as the operations / IT manager for a tri-state installation logistics company. Ray has worked with companies as small as one and as large as 18,000 users.
He holds a mechanical engineering degree (BSME) from the University of Rochester, NY, with concentrations in architectural acoustics and business management, and has earned many industry certifications, including Microsoft's MCSE and Cisco's CCNA.

Rob Woodruff, IT Systems Specialist
Rob Woodruff joined the ProComp Group in 2011 after logging eight years as an independent IT consultant, serving clients across a range of industries including real estate, restaurant, wine, hospitality, legal and entertainment.
Rob's experience covers all Windows operating systems as well as Macintosh and Linux platforms. His primary areas of expertise are desktop and server support, especially TCP/IP, network infrastructure and mobile/remote connectivity. He is currently Microsoft-certified (MCP) in managing and maintaining Windows Server 2003 environments.

Adam Fricke, IT Systems Specialist
Adam comes to the ProComp Group from Asheville, North Carolina, where he got his start in the IT industry as an end-user support specialist and also logged extensive time as a hardware repair technician. He now uses these skills to solve problems for both people and machines as an IT Systems Specialist with the ProComp Group.

Claudia Fransen, Accounting
Claudia Fransen joins the ProComp Group after launching her accounting career in Fresno, California. She manages the PCG books during her time-outs from managing the activities of two busy children.

Ruth Rowland, Coordinator
Ruth handles jobs that are not IT or bookkeeping, including client communications, marketing, and production of the annual ProComp holiday cookies. She has a background in journalism.
